Description:
This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba (“Manitoba”), as represented by the Department of Public Service Delivery, Capital Projects Planning and Delivery (“CPPD”) to General Contractors to submit proposals for the structural roof repair and replacement including any necessary minor repairs to the existing plaster ceiling, as further described in Section 1 of the RFP Particulars (Appendix 3) (the “Work”).The work is being done in the Government House at 10 Kennedy St., Winnipeg, MB. The Scope of Work includes but is not limited to remove and replace the existing formal dining roof and its structure, along with any necessary minor repair to the existing plaster ceiling. Work site location will be actively occupied during construction.CPPD is administering this RFP process.
