Description : NL Health Services (NLHS) is administering this RFP on behalf of the provincial Cardiovascular Program. We are requesting proposals for a multi-engine, IFR equipped, turbine powered, fixed-wing aircraft and qualified IFR pilots. The request is to provide a scheduled transport service that is highly flexible and adjustable, in accordance with the needs of NLHS and the cardiovascular program. The aircraft will be used for the transportation and repatriation of stabilized patients, NLHS escorts, and staff, with storage space for freight, as required. Air transport will be required no less than one flight every four weeks and may be as often as one flight each week. This will be in accordance with the specifications and requirements set out in this RFP, as well as the Public Procurement Act.
