This Request for Proposal is open only to those Prequalified Parties who have received notification from The City prior to Submission Deadline that they are Prequalified for Prime Contractor for Safety status in the following categories:"Water and Wastewater Treatment Plants C7200000; or Water Main, Sanitary Sewer and Storm Sewer Installation and Replacement C7200100; or Water Feeder Mains, Sanitary/ Stormwater Sewer Trunks C7200105". It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations.4. Agreement Term: Until project completion scheduled for 2023 December 20.
