Description:
Trillium Lakelands District School Board (TLDSB) is issuing this Request for Supplier Qualifications “RFSQ”) invitation to prospective proponents (hereafter may be referred to as a “proponent”, “vendor”, “bidder” “supplier”, or a “Provider”) to submit a response for the provision of First Aid Training Providers. Successful proponents, following the evaluation outlined in this document, will form a Vendor of Record (VOR) listing shared with all our schools and administration.
All First Aid Training Providers that have previously been approved on a TLDSB VOR list must reapply through this RFSQ process. Only providers that participate in this pre-qualification process and meet all requirements outlined in the evaluation process will be qualified to provide services to TLDSB and its schools.
TLDSB intends to prequalify a minimum of two (2) proponents up to a maximum of five (5) proponents based on the rated criteria specified in the RFSQ but reserves the right to modify these numbers at our discretion. TLDSB wishes to identify and select responsive and responsible First Aid Training Providers offering a safe and educational experience for our students and teachers.
