Description:
The York Region District School Board and the York Catholic District School Board are seeking Proposals for First Aid and Safety Supplies. The objective of this proposal is to establish a contractual relationship with a Vendor or Vendors for the delivery of First Aid and Safety Supplies on an as-required basis. This relationship will allow the Boards to ensure that we are purchasing quality goods and services at a competitive price, while improving management of reporting and reducing material and administrative costs.
The Boards spend approximately $110,000 per year for First Aid and Safety Supplies. This is an estimate only and should not be construed as a guarantee; rather it is shown to provide an indication of the potential of this Contract.
There are approximately 334 locations throughout York Region. A list of actual locations and addresses will be provided to the successful vendor by each Board.
Proponents are hereby invited to bid the lowest net prices, including all delivery charges for which the Proponent is prepared to furnish the goods and/or services requested herein, in accordance with the guidelines expressed in the enclosed document.
