REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS The purpose of this request for proposals (“RFP”) is to select a service provider (or service providers) to perform the services (“Services”) described in Schedule A. SCOPE OF SERVICES The City of Surrey (the “City”) invites Proponents to provide comprehensive architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, civil, landscape, quantity surveying, and fire protection engineering design services, including construction administration, hand-over and closeout. The Proponent and its team should have relevant experience in municipal projects and should showcase similar projects in the submission. Experience working with the proposed subconsultants is an asset. DESIGN VISION The design vision for this project shall include the expansion, renovation, and upgrades to Surrey Fire Hall #11, located at 12863 60th Ave, Surrey, and Surrey Fire Hall #15, located at 18915 64th Ave. IINFORMATION MEETING An information meeting will be hosted by the City Representative to discuss the City-s requirements under this RFP (the “Information Meeting”). While attendance is at the discretion of Proponents, Proponents who do not attend will be deemed to have attended the Information Meeting and to have received all of the information given at the Information Meeting.
