Description:
This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the United Counties of Leeds and Grenville (“the Counties”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for IT-2025-01 Strategic Analysis - Fire Services Digital P25 radio and Paging Systems, as further described in Section A of Appendix D - RFP PARTICULARS (the “Deliverables”) of the tender document.

The United Counties of Leeds and Grenville is seeking proposals from, qualified consultants to evaluate its current P25 Fire Radio and paging system. The consultant will conduct a comprehensive assessment of the system including mobile equipment owned by the system users. Based on this review the consultant will provide recommendations on if the systems should be renewed, replaced or upgraded to meet future operational needs. Based on the accepted recommendations the consultant will also be responsible for drafting the RFQ for the approved path forward and will help evaluate the RFQ submissions in early 2026.
