Tender are invited for Fire Safety Training Tools

Tender Details SCOPE
This invitation to tender is for the supply and delivery of Fire Safety Training Tools for three (3) mobile fire prevention trailers, on behalf of the Department of Public Safety, Fire Marshalls Office.

These tools will be installed in a simulated kitchen environment and the expectation is that all tools (oven/cooktop, microwave, toaster) are able to respond in real time from operation of a simulated fire extinguisher.

Tools must be able to simulate smoke/flame etc.

CONTRACT AWARD CRITERIA
This contract will be awarded to the lowest compliant bid which meets the technical requirements detailed within the invitation to tender document. Vendors should bid upon ALL items to be considered for contract award; partial bids will not be accepted.

The successful bidder shall be able to provide remote support during the final installation of this equipment.

SPECIFICATIONS
Specification requirements are as stated in the configurations and quantities described in Item #1 through Item #6 inclusive of this document. Only specifications which comply with the contract documents and have been approved by the Department of Public Safety, in writing, shall be considered acceptable for supply.
