The construction of a new 331 sq m / 3563 sq ft, one-level, slab-on-grade fire station located on Miscou Harbour Rd., PID 20930384. Fire hall includes a 2-truck, front-entrance garage (200 sq m / 2,153 sq ft) and an administration area (131 sq m / 1,410 sq ft). The administration area includes a training room with kitchenette, a decontamination room, a barrier-free bathroom, a bathroom with shower, an office, two miscellaneous rooms, a mechanical/electrical room and a janitor room.

The work under this Contract excludes: Building permit purchase, generator purchase, well and septic, and appliance purchase.

Construction completion date of March 31, 2026.
