- The Township of Langley (the “Township” or “TOL” in this Form of Tender) wishes to conduct a competitive procurement process to identify a qualified proponent that will enter into a formal
contract with the Township to carry out the roof replacement at Fire Hall 6. The Work includes, but is not limited to, the provision of all equipment, materials, labour, disposal, and incidentals required for the completion of:
• replacement of the existing steep slope metal roofs with a new standing seam steep slope metal roofing system;
• installation of new structural fasteners on existing metal decking;
• replacement of the existing SBS roof with a new SBS roof system;
• installation of new fall protection system; and
