- Tender are invited for Trade Agreement: Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA)Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bidCompetitive Procurement Strategy: Best Overall ProposalComprehensive Land Claim Agreement: NoNature of Requirements: The Department of National Defence (DND) and the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) have an ongoing requirement for the provision of repair, re-qualification, recharging, testing, reduction to spare parts, engineering services for aircraft and tracked vehicle fixed fire containers and components. The CAF operates various models of cylinders and support equipment, fire containers and components on all of its aircraft and some tracked vehicles. In addition, the CAF requires Halon management services from the contractor to enable the CAF to comply with Canadian regulations on ozone depleting substances. The initial contract period is for three years from the date of contract award with up two additional one year periods. Delivery Date: Above-mentionedThe Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
