Description : The College is seeking to obtain bid submissions from qualified Contractors to provide all labour, material and equipment necessary to to remove, replace and install the Fire Alarm products (the “Work”). The Work is to be done at the following locations: 1). Daniel J. Patterson Campus - 135 Taylor Road, Niagara-on-the-Lake, ON L0S 1J0 2). Niagara Corporate Business Centre (NCBC) - 101 Lampman Court, Niagara-on-the-Lake, ON L2H 0H5 The Contractor shall be responsible for removing, supplying and installing; - fire alarm control panels - strobe/horn fire alarm - alarm interface module, including 120 VAC branch circuit from local emergency power panel - smoke detectors with relay base - LCD annunciator with campus site plan and building zone layouts - door closure with fire alarm release The Contractor shall be responsible for providing fire watch while fire alarm system is offline as the Work is in progress, as well as ESA permitting and fire alarm verification. The Contractor shall collaborate and coordinate fire alarm verification with the College-s Fire Alarm service provider.
