- Scope of Services and Project Description Overview: The proponent must incur and bear all necessary costs for the various phases of the project and subcontract all required specialists in order to upgrade the existing fire alarm panel EST3 for an EST4 panel. The replacement of the CPU, interior boards and annunciator panel has already been carried out by the operations team, through the service provider Troy. All other components will need to be modernized as part of of the project. The Proponent's mandate includes, but is not limited to, the services and requirements of the following annexes: D.2 Project Delivery Guidelines for Council D.3Requirements Document D.4 List of Services D.5 Scope of Work of Consultant Commissioning D.6 Latest CAN/ULC S537 report D.7 Fire protection plans
