- The City of Yorkton (the "City") is inviting Proposals from qualified financial institutions to provide the City with financing options to meet our borrowing requirements ($12,000,000) for the construction, drainage, and underground utility replacement on York Road from Gladstone Ave. to Highway 9. The Proposal will be known as: Financing - York Road Reconstruction (the "Project") The purpose of this Proposal ("RFP") process is to select the financial institution to enter into an agreement with the City to supply financing for the Project.
