Description:
This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by Saskatchewan Pension Plan (“SPP”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the provision of a commercial solution for a financial management and accounting system as further described in the RFP Particulars (Appendix A). Driven out of a desire to continue to grow the Plan and meet the ever-evolving sophistication and expectations of plan members, SPP has undertaken a significant initiative to modernize the organization-s information technology, business systems, core processes, and infrastructure. The need for a new financial management and accounting solution has been identified as an important component of the overall modernization initiative to provide enhanced integration with the future-state system. As the organization grows and becomes more complex, SPP has identified a need for a robust software solution that can effectively handle complex financial transactions, provide real-time insights, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory obligations.
