This requirement is open only to those Audit and Related Services Supply Arrangement (SA) Holders who qualified under Stream 1 - Financial Audit under the SA369 series of SAs. The following SA Holders have been invited to submit a bid: 1. Welch LLP 2. Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton Consulting Inc. 3. PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP 4. Deloitte LLP 5. KPMG LLP 6. BDO Canada LLP 7. Samson & Associates CPA/Consulting Inc. 8. Aniko Consultants Inc., Samson & Associés CPA/Consultation Inc. 9. Ernst & Young LLP Description of the Requirement: The Office of the Auditor General of Canada (OAG) is conducting an annual financial audit of the Department of National Defence (DND). This audit of DND-s financial information is a component audit of the group audit of the Government of Canada-s consolidated financial statements. The objective is to acquire the professional services of two contractor resources to assist the OAG audit team in conducting the audit work related to the annual financial audit in accordance with Generally Accepted Auditing Standards and OAG audit and documentation standards. Level of Security Requirement: Resource Minimum Security Level Required - Reliability The Contractor-s resources requiring access up to Protected B information, assets or sensitive work site(s) must each hold a valid Reliability clearance, granted or approved by the OAG.
