The Board is seeking proposals from qualified proponents to provide a modern, cloud-native Financial and Procurement Cloud System. The selected solution must replace the Board-s existing financial systems with an integrated, scalable, secure, and auditable platform to manage core financial operations. Objectives: - Implement a comprehensive system to modernize the Board-s financial processes. - Ensure full integration with key systems such as Guidewire, SAP SuccessFactors, Microsoft 365, and Power BI. - Meet strict standards for data residency, privacy, security, accessibility, and compliance under NS PIIDPA and PIPEDA. Requirements: - User-friendly, highly available platform. - Robust auditability and data management capabilities. - Workflow automation. - Flexibility to evolve with the Board-s future needs, including scalability for new modules and functionalities.
