The Workers Compensation Board of Manitoba (WCB) invites firms to submit a Proposal for the following: The WCB requires a vendor to develop a comprehensive future-state target operating model for its finance and human resource (HR) functions to support the future purchase and implementation of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. The goal of the target operating model is to provide a strategic framework that aligns with business objectives, enhances operational efficiencies, optimizes finance and HR service delivery and supports technology advancements, ensuring seamless integration and long-term sustainability.Description of ServicesThe WCB requires the Contractor to perform the following Services:a) Assessment of current state. The Contractor should be aware that WCB has completed comprehensive current state process descriptions for 23 core finance, HRand payroll processes, which can be leveraged for this assessment, which will include the following Services:i. Conducting a detailed review of existing organizational structures, business processes, and operational functions.ii. Identifying gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement in the current operating model.iii. Engaging stakeholders to gather insights on existing challenges, objectives and opportunities for the future state.b) Design of future state target operating model for finance, payroll and HR:i.
