Description:
The primary purpose for EfficiencyOne-s issuance of this RFP is to solicit proposals from proponents who have the necessary qualifications and experience to provide banking services to the organization and its subsidiaries.
The key objectives in requesting banking proposals are:
To have an efficient and effective banking service provided at best value to EfficiencyOne;To have an opportunity to review and improve banking arrangements and services;To identify efficiencies in the various services provided, allowing proponents to recommend or propose alternatives to current procedures;To explore the option of new services that Financial Institutions may be able to provide;To ensure that EfficiencyOne is receiving an attractive financial arrangement with respect to bank fees charged as well as interest earned on short term investments; andTo identify additional value Financial Institutions can provide EfficiencyOne in relation to its business, outside of traditional banking services.The Proponent-s proposal must be detailed, specific, and completed in the prescribed format outlined in Section 6 of the RFP document. If requested by EfficiencyOne, the Proponent should have senior management staff available to meet with EfficiencyOne to answer any inquiries during the evaluation process.
