- This Contract is for the resurfacing of various sections of street, identified in Section 2.12, within the Municipality of Charlottetown, PE. The City reserves the right to add, delete, or modify any streets listed. All Quantities are estimates only. The Contractor shall provide all necessary machinery,tools, apparatus, and other means of construction, provide all labour, perform all Work and furnish all materials identified in the specifications, general conditions, special conditions and drawings in the manner prescribed therein and in accordance with the requirements of the City ofCharlottetown.
