ADVERTISEMENT INVITATION TO BID (ITB)ALL QUALIFIED BIDDERS:
25-04BFIBER NETWORK EXPANSION (PHASE 3a)
The City of Tamarac is hereby requesting Bids, from qualified Contractors, for the (Phase 3a) expansion of its high-speed fiber network, per specifications herein; including all hardware, cabling, parts and components, and all permit submittals in full compliance with current Florida Building Code and Miami-Dade Product Approvals. Contractor shall be responsible for all existing features that need to be relocated, modified or replaced due to a conflict with the new installation.
The work includes all labor, materials, equipment, engineering, and obtaining all applicable permits, licenses, insurance, and supervision necessary to complete the project as specified herein. All proposed improvements shall be completed in accordance with the project bid documents, design plans, details, technical specifications/scope of work, and all applicable federal, state, county, and local regulatory requirements.
A Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held on Wednesday, January 8, 2025 at 3:00 PM Eastern Local Time via Microsoft Teams at the link shown on the cover page of the Bid Document. Please note that this meeting will be recorded and uploaded to Bids&Tenders but it is highly encouraged that all parties interested in bidding on this project should try to attend this meeting.
