- Tender are invited for FI-310 Wildfire Investigation Services - Contract Opportunities
Project Description : Are you a Contractor interested in working with Alberta Agriculture and Forestry-s (AF) Wildfire Compliance and Investigation Unit for the 2021-2023 wildfire seasons? Contracts for FI-310 wildfire investigation services are now available for the upcoming wildfire seasons, which run from March 1 to October 31 annually. The Forestry Division, which is responsible for the investigation of wildfires within the Forest Protection Area (FPA) of Alberta, requires experienced wildfire investigators to conduct wildfire investigations as part of an investigation team, assist in the investigation of major wildfires, assist in providing or developing wildfire investigation-related training, and assist in field research projects. Contracted investigators should possess training and experience in wildfire origin and cause determination, as well as investigation skills such as interviewing and evidence collection.Please refer to "Description of Services" document for further information.
