Description:
Tender are invited for The Strategic Medical Countermeasures Program (SMCP) on behalf of the Canadian Forces Health Services Group (CF H Svcs Gp), Department of National Defence (DND), has a requirement for fentanyl citrate oral transmucosal lozenges for the treatment of Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) members injured in the course of military training or operations.Requested contract period is from Contract Award to 31 March 2025 with options to procure additional quantities over the course of the contract period.The Initial Requirement is for 510 lozenges to be delivered no later than 31 March 2022, with options to procure additional lozenges as follows:a) Optional Requirement 1 (Year 1): If exercised, the Contractor must supply up to 1,020 lozenges no later than 31 March 2023.b) Optional Requirement 2 (Year 2): If exercised, the Contractor must supply up to 1,020 lozenges no later than 31 March 2024c) Optional Requirement 3 (Year 3): If exercised, the Contractor must supply up to 1,020 lozenges no later than 31 March 2025.
