- The City seeks to establish a City-wide Corporate Standing Offer to provide all materials, labour, equipment, tools, vehicles (including fuel and fuel surcharges), travel time, environmental charges, supervision, and all other necessary resources to perform preventive maintenance, servicing, and repairs to fencing and automated gates at various facilities and sites on an as-needed basis.
