- The RCM requires the professional services of a qualified resource with senior experience at the federal, public-sector level to assist in ATIP operations request-processing as well as privacy consulting services, which includes privacy compliance-related issues, the application of privacy principlesand privacy best practices. The Mint is also seeking Privacy consulting to support all aspects of its privacy program beyond request processing.The RCM requires that the successful firm must be able to offer access to information file processing with a proven track record for working on complex accessfiles or complaint files and all aspects of Privacy Act compliance pursuant to the Privacy Act. Given the unpredictability of access to information volumes and the demands of privacy work the successful firm must have a track record and flexibility to provide some or all these services simultaneouslyif needed.
