Description : The Department of Education (EDU) is seeking a qualified agency or consultant to facilitate a review and evaluate the provincially funded Family Resource Centres (FRCs). Broadly, the Contracted Supplier will complete a comprehensive review to: analyze the current state of the existing family resource centre program delivery model for centres and satellite sites across the Province; identify whether there are ways to improve effectiveness of FRC programming to better meet the needs and expectations of the communities they serve; recommend effective governance models for FRCs; recommend effective staffing models for FRCs; highlight models of excellence for evidence based, outcome oriented FRCs that would be feasible to achieve in NL, and provide a road map to identify path of attainment; and identify feasible operational funding recommendations that will give FRCs long term sustainability while effectively and efficiently serving their communities.
