Removal of existing concrete sidewalk on the north side of Fairway Road from Lackner Boulevard to Pebble Creek Drive;Construction of a new asphalt multi-use trail along the north side of Fairway Road, from Lackner Boulevard to Pebblecreek Drive;Localized removal and replacement of concrete curb and gutter;Intersection improvements at Lackner Boulevard including removal of concrete island, new traffic signal pole installations, and concrete curb and sidewalk ramp replacements;Intersection improvements at Pebble Creek Drive including new traffic signal pole installation and concrete curb and sidewalk ramp replacements; Removal and replacement of side inlet catchbasins;Relocation of streetlight poles to accommodate the new trail; and,Installation of new pavement markings. - Documents:
