- The City is seeking to engage the services of a qualified Fairness Monitor to apply fairness principles diligently and consistently during the course of the procurements for various City related projects, on an as required basis, in accordance with Appendix C: SOW.
Not withstanding the Bidder Information Package, Part 4: Pricing, pricing will not be evaluated as part of this RFP. The City will seek informal quotes in accordance with section 2.3 and will award based on the lowest acceptable bid for each assignment.
The Term of Contract shall be a firm 5 years, from date of award to March 31, 2030, with no increase in cost.
It is understood and agreed that the City retains the irrevocable right, at its sole option, to extend the Term of Contract by up to two (2) additional one (1) year periods under the same conditions (“Extended Period”). - Documents:
