Loyalist Township is seeking a Consultant to conduct a comprehensive Building Condition Assessment of Fairfield House, located at 4574 Loyalist Parkway (Hwy 33), Amherstview, Ontario. The Fairfield House is a designated heritage property under the protection of the Ontario Heritage Trust. Constructed in the 18th century, the farmhouse is a Georgian-style structure featuring a timber frame and limestone foundation.
