Description : Implement recommendation identified in the most recent FSA&A in 2017. Recommendation #2 - Install window glazing and repair window frames on all ground floor windows. Recommendation #4- Will be installing Video/Intercom at the afterhours entrance. Recommendation #6 - Install an electronic barrier with card access at the entrance roadway to Blocks A and B and install card access on the existing barrier (Block E) to open only to authorized vehicles. Consultant will be responsible for preparing ALL FHBRO documentation. Consultant to prepare a Design Brief complete with Class D estimate.
