- RFP 9092 Facility Condition Assessments for Advanced Education Facilities (2025) The purpose of this second stage RFP is to collect proposals to conduct FCAs for selected advanced educational buildings within Saskatchewan from prequalified respondents, as per the Stage one Request for Supplier Qualification (RFSQ 8757) Only consultant-s prequalified from RFSQ-8757 List B will be eligible to submit for this competition. (List B - containing projects between 100,000 and 500,000 total square meters..) The GOS is seeking submissions from the Prequalified Proponents to provide Facility Condition Assessments (FCAs) for a variety of buildings and sites across the province of Saskatchewan.
