Description: Construction of a new wood framed facility buildingin the community of Lutselk'e, North West Territories. Lutselk'e is located on the eastern arm of Great Slave Lake, approximately 190 km east of Yellowknife. Building area is 378m2, building is single storey with crawlspace, and includes a garage bay with ramp. Project scope includes all aspects ofbuilding construction including but not limited to: site clearing/preparation, triodetic foundation, structural framing, mechanical, electrical (with backup generator), exterior/interior finishing, doors/windows, and millwork.
Construction materials are to be delivered to project site via barge (NWTMarine Transportation Services or charter).
There is a security requirement associated with the requirement.
