- The advertising program is intended to generate revenues for the City. Service provided by the Contractor will include the sales, administration, production, installation, maintenance, removal and reporting of a facility advertising program. The Contractor is responsible for all repairs and costs related to ads as a result of regular sports activity. The City currently only advertises via rink boards, in-ice ads, and on ice resurfacers, however the City may, in future, provide other options for advertising within its facilities. The City of Burlington is seeking proposals from qualified Bidders to solicit, coordinate and manage advertising at its seven (7) ice rink facilities.
