English Title:HOSO2401, Facilitation and Partnering ServicesEnglish Description:Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for abbreviated proposals from consulting firms to establish a Standing Offer (SO) to provide “as and when required” the following professional services at multiple locations across Canada: Facilitation and partnering services in support of DND requirements at various locations across Canada. The services may include research, conducting interviews, and developing project charter and session content. Sessions should be used to introduce participants, suggest communication practices, foster team building, probing for anticipated difficulties, developing an issue resolution ladder and suggesting effective methods to resolve conflict. The Consultant will be responsible for arranging meeting logistics; and preparing draft and final reports for each session.Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the RFAP. The objective of this RFAP is to select the proponent with the highest total score.The SO will be for a period of two (2) years with a maximum estimated value of $ 250,000.00. If mutually agreeable between the Consultant and DCC, the SOA may be extended for up to two (2) additional one (1) year period and increased in the order of $200,000.00 at any time. Call-ups under the SO are expected to be valued between $ 15,000.00 and $ 30,000.00; the maximum value of a call-up under the SO is $ 50,000.00. Refer to...
