Description : 1. This RFP is open to all interested vendors 2. The City of Calgary (“The City-) requires a Supplier to provide all types of fabrication and welding services on an as requires basis. 3. This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations. 4. The City intends to enter into up to three (3) Agreements for the provision of the Deliverables. The Agreements will be for a term of one (1) year. The Agreements may be renewed for two (2) additional two (2) year terms, not to exceed a maximum of five (5) years
