Description:
Vancouver Coastal Health Authority (the “Authority”) has issued this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) for the purpose of inviting proposals from qualified consultants to undertake the services described in Appendix ‘A- to this RFP (the “Services”) with respect to Totem Lodge Renovation Project (the “Project”).
The successful Proponent will act in the capacity of a Managing Consultant (Architect) for the Project, including engaging the services of all Sub-Consultants as required to provide complete consulting services for the Project, except that the Authority will engage a professional quantity surveyor and if required geotechnical and environmental consultants.
Services to be provided by the Managing Consultant and Sub-Consultants will include: architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, RCDD, fire protection, door hardware and code consultant.
