Contract Value
The Contract Value will be an estimated $195,000 for initial term of one (1) year.

Contract Term
The term of the contract will be one (1) year with an option to extend, at the City-s sole discretion, for an additional four (4) one (1) year terms.
This Request for Bid is subject to the New West Partnership Trade Agreement, Canadian Free Trade Agreement - Chapter 5, and the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) - Chapter 19.
