By matching young people with professionally screened volunteers, we support the building of developmental relationships between the mentor and mentee that express care, challenge growth,provide support, share power and expand possibilities.By living our Theory of Change, our mentoring intervention helps ensure children as young as 7 are supported by caring adults as they overcome these adversities, helping them to do better in life. Young people graduate our programs with measurableoutcomes in three key areas: social emotional competence, mental health and well-being, and educational engagement and employment readiness.Big Brothers Big Sisters of Canada (BBBSC) is the National Office for its network of member agencies operating within a federated model.
