- The request for proposal (RFP) is an invitation by the Town of Orangeville to prospective proponents to submit proposals for external audit and review services for the Town. The services will include: Trust Funds (including Attestation Engagements to Report on Compliance with the applicable Care and Maintenance Funds and Accounts section of the Funeral, Burial and Cremation Services Act, 2022 as required), the Business Improvement Area ("BIA") as well as, at the Town's option, an audit engagement of the Library Services Board ("Library"), a review engagement of the Orangeville Railway Development Corporation ("ORDC"), and the preparation of the annual Financial Information Return.
