Landscaping & Grounds Maintenance
Summary Details:
BC Assessment is seeking a qualified Contractor to provide exterior landscaping services for its Kamloops office, located at 805 Renfrew Avenue, Kamloops, BC, V2B 3X3.
The work includes all supervision, labour, tools, equipment, materials and permits required to perform the services, except for any items which BC Assessment explicitly agrees to provide. See Section 3.2 for a complete list of services required.
BC Assessment anticipates entering into a two-year contract with the successful Proponent with one two-year option to renew on substantially the same terms and conditions, at BC Assessment's sole discretion. The contract will outline specific deliverables and performance criteria that must be met in order for a subsequent contract to be negotiated.
