- The scope of work in this RFP is outcome oriented. The Proponent is required to achieve the below listed outcomes:1.2 The Work Requirements in this RFP involves undertaking, in 3 different phases: Phase 1, 2 & 3 (phases 1 and 2 to occur within the period defined while phase 3 has a tentative completion as mentioned under RFP SECTION 9.4. Amount of work is subject to funding availability and CHC retains flexibility to exclude certain elements of the Work and to do so at different times as the different phases of Work transpire. For example, CHC may decide not to undertake Construction for all the recommendations and designs carried by consultant and may carry a part of it only. Timeline for the Construction Phase to be dependent on the undertaken scope of work under construction phase and is not included in significant completion.
