For: EXTERIOR CONCRETE & ASPHALT UPGRADES AT 216 COOK STREET, BARRIE, ON
This Request for Proposal is being issued by the County of Simcoe on behalf of Simcoe County Housing Corporation (SCHC).
The Simcoe County Housing Corporation owns and operates over 32 social housing buildings within the County of Simcoe. These residential buildings range from larger high rises to smaller two and three story walk-ups, as well as detached and semi-detached scattered housing.
The building located at 216 Cook St, Barrie is a 24 unit two-storey townhouse complex. The County is looking for reputable qualified contractors to complete concrete and site grading work along with the removal and replacement of the affected concrete/asphalt sidewalks and curbs as shown on the proposed drawing in Schedule A
