- This Request for Proposal is to conduct asset inspections as part of Indigenous Services Canada's (ISC) Extended Asset Condition Reporting System (E-ACRS). The report includes consideration of each asset's components for a 35-year lifecycle costing assessment of all ISC-funded assets in a First Nations community. The Union of Nova Scotia Mi'kmaq (UNSM) is the Program Administrator and the E-ACRS Program for 2025-2026 will be conducted in Wagmatcook and We'koqma'q.
