PURPOSE OF THIS EXPRESSION OF INTEREST This is not a bid solicitation. This document serves as an Expression of Interest (EOI) concerning the Early Work Package for the FAcT program. The prospective subcontract work will encompass anticipated security measures, Indigenous participation, and requirements for Industrial and Technological Benefits (ITB). It is important to emphasize that there is no assurance that tender process or future contracts will proceed. DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT EllisDon Corporation (EllisDon) as the Design Builder has been contracted by SkyAlyne Canada Limited Partnership to provide design services and constructability oversight to complete the design of the Future Aircrew Training (FAcT) Program infrastructure at three sites across Canada. The infrastructure will support training of personnel, storage and maintenance of aircraft, as well as accommodation facilities for personnel. The three sites are as follows: • CFB Moose Jaw (15 Wing) near Moose Jaw, SK • CFB Winnipeg (17 Wing) near Winnipeg, MB • Southport Aerospace Centre Inc. (SACI) Near Portage la Prairie, MB The design process is ongoing, and EllisDon will soon begin engagement with interested Organizations consisting of trade contractors, vendors, and suppliers.
