Description:
The Town of Ingersoll is issuing this Expressions of Interest for Consultants interested in providing peer review services in any of the areas of:
1. Traffic Impact Assessment (TIA), Traffic Impact Study (TIS) Review2. Functional Servicing/Grading Review, Servicing Feasibility3. Storm Water Management (SWM) Review4. Geotechnical / Excess Soils Reviewfor all development applications, including the ability to appear at the Ontario Land Tribunal or other such legal proceedings, as needed.The Town will be evaluating Expressions of Interest received and developing a list of peer review consultants. These companies will then be tasked with providing comments on a complete range of development applications on an as needed basis, including attending Ontario Land Tribunal (OLT) hearings as required. Consultants are invited to indicate which area(s) of expertise when they submit an expression of interest.
