- The Town is seeking input from qualified firms providing cost estimating service (Class C or D estimate) to determine the cost of building an apartment complex on recently acquired land located on 701 6 Ave SE, Slave Lake, AB. The parcel of land is zoned as R3A- High Density Apartment District. The Town Administration is exploring options for development of this acquired parcel of land. The Town of Slave Lake Administration Department will accept written Expression of Interest for that purpose until 3:00 PM, January 15th, 2024. Should the Town receive Expression of Interest from interested vendors, the Town may proceed with Request for Quotations (RFQ) for the cost estimating services related to the development of apartment complex.
