• INVITATION TO SUBMIT AN EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) AS TO THE AVAILABILITY OF SPACE FOR LEASE IN THE CITY OF WINNIPEG, MANITOBAManitoba Department of Public Service Delivery (PSD) Asset Management Division (AM) Real Estate and Contract Services Branch (RECS) is asking interested parties to provide information for a lease of office space that meets the following criteria:Section A: Lease ComponentsProject # 0005040 EOI RECSLease to commence on or before November 1, 2027.The proposed space must satisfy or be capable of satisfying the following criteria:•Approximately 8,500-9,000 usable square feet of office space.•25 parking stalls in total. Three parking stalls to be marked ‘Visitor- located adjacent to the building. One stall to be marked Accessible and safely usable by persons with disabilities, located adjacent to the building.
