Manitoba Department of Public Service Delivery (PSD), Asset Management (AM), Real Estate and Contract Services (RECS) Branch is asking interested parties to provide information for a lease of office space that meets the following criteria:Section A: Lease ComponentsLease to commence on or beforeOctober 1, 2025.The proposed space must satisfy or be capable of satisfying the following criteria: Approximately 6,700 7,200 usable square feet of contiguous office space. Approximately 820 1,000 square feet of Storage Space. 1 reserved staff parking stall is required within the building oradjacent to it, within a 5-minute walking distance. The accommodations must be located on, or in close proximity to, a major traffic artery with convenient access to public transit and parking allowing easy accessibility for the general public.
