INVITATION TO SUBMIT AN EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) AS TO THE AVAILABILITY OF SPACE FOR LEASE IN THE TOWN OF VIRDEN, MANITOBAManitoba Department of Public Service Delivery, Real Estate and Contract Services Branch is asking interested parties to provide information for a potential lease of spacebased on the following criteria:SECTION A PROJECT REQUIREMENTSPROJECT #4841 RECS-EOILease and Space ComponentsPreferred Lease to commence on or before August 01, 2025, but not mandatory.The proposed space must satisfy or be capable of satisfying the following criteria: Approximately 2,300 3,000usable square feet of contiguous office space. Access to six to ten (6-10) reserved staff parking stalls (including one (1) barrier free parking stall), within a 5-minute walking distance. In addition, parking for clients is desired. The accommodations must be located on, or near a major traffic arterywithin Virden, Manitoba and have convenient access for the public. The space offered must be accessible. The space should comply (or will be made to comply) with the requirements of The Accessibility for Manitobans Act.
