INVITATION TO SUBMIT AN EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) AS TO THE AVAILABILITY OF SPACE FOR LEASE IN THE CITY OF STEINBACH, MANITOBAManitoba Department of Public Service Delivery, Real Estate and Contract Services Branch is asking interested parties to provide information for a potential lease of spacelocated within the boundaries of the City of Steinbach as shown on the map attached based on the following criteria:SECTION A PROJECT REQUIREMENTSPROJECT #4452Lease and Space ComponentsPreferred Lease to commence on or before August 01, 2025, but not mandatory.The proposed space must satisfy or becapable of satisfying the following criteria: Approximately 3,500 4,000 usable square feet of contiguous office space. Space available should be store front. The proposed space must be located within the City of Steinbach as shown on the Steinbach Boundary Map attached hereto. Public and staffparking required and designated reserved parking stalls. Associated with the building or adjacent within a 5 minute walking distance. The accommodations must be located on, or in close proximity to a major traffic artery with convenient access. The space offered must be accessible. The space shouldcomply (or will be made to comply) with the requirements of The Accessibility for Manitobans Act.
